The DV32 is designed as the more compact version of the Legend DV36 series, making it better suited to medium-sized living rooms, apartments, and modern homes where wall depth is limited. Its shallow installation profile and balanced flue system allow installation without a traditional chimney.

The sealed direct-vent design improves efficiency and reduces drafts compared with older open-front gas fireplaces because combustion air is sourced externally rather than from the room itself.
